Description of tasks
1.Organize site strategy workshop and regular follow up results.
Define and implement site level BPS Mission, Vision, Passion/Strategy (MVP)
2.Achieve QCD targets by driving BPS leadership commitment and everybody CIP elements in shopfloor.
3.Develop BPS competence domain experts and be as Key Account Manager (KAM) agree the project needs with factories and SC.
4.Benchmark with BSH Global and Bosch China by organizing related platforms

Job Profile
１.Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
２.Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Production System or Lean Manufacturing.
３.At least 5 years of hands-on experience in BPS-related projects (e.g., Kyogens/BLI/Speedweek) 。
４.At least 2 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and multicultural teams.
５.Strong communication skills in English.
