Your overall responsibilities include all tasks related to create and register PHE order documentation for customers in time, accountable for the accuracy of the documentation and drive automated way of creating documentation. You will be held responsible for protecting sensitive commercial information and Intellectual Property.

You will focus on:

· Creating PHE customer documentation including Technical Manual, Technical documents etc. and make sure documentation is uploaded and updated timely.

· Report the TP missing material numbers to technical team and follow up on the creation.

· Drive PHE documentation fulfilment, secure documentation accuracy and translation cost control, coordinate with supplier to ensure supplier documentation and PHE certificates be available on time.

· Secure timely response to customer documentation needs to meet customer requests.

To be successful in this position, you will have below qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing .

· Organized and high level attention to details.

· Strong drive for results and ability to deliver on time and under pressure.

· Ability to work as a team player and work in fast paced and diverse environment.
