RESPONSIBILITY：
1.
Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management
Develop and
implement strategic sourcing plans for the OEM business in consumer appliances
and residential air conditioning to optimize cost, quality, and supplier
performance.
Oversee supplier
relationships in the domestic market with an emphasis on building robust
partnerships for long-term supply chain sustainability.
Coordinate with OEM
suppliers in India to ensure seamless procurement and supply processes.
2.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and
develop a team of 4 procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance
culture focused on strategic thinking and operational excellence.
Set clear goals and
objectives for the team, guiding them in supporting business goals through
efficient and effective procurement activities.
3.
Regional and Global Coordination
Drive procurement
activities across targeted regions (South America, the Middle East, Southeast
Asia, and Europe), ensuring alignment with regional requirements and strategic
business objectives.
Collaborate closely
with regional and global stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies are
integrated into broader business objectives.
4.
Business Alignment and Strategy Development
Partner with
business units to understand growth objectives and provide strategic insights
for procurement-related business planning.
Identify and
mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, adapting procurement strategies
to align with dynamic market conditions.
5.
Scope of Category Spend and Reporting
Manage a USD 250
million spend, ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining
high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
Prepare regular
reports for senior leadership, providing insights into spending trends,
supplier performance, and cost savings
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree
in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related
field; Master’s degree is a plus.
·
Minimum of 10
years of procurement experience, ideally in OEM business, consumer appliances,
or residential air conditioning.
·
Demonstrated
strategic thinking and experience with supplier strategy development.
·
Experience
working with a diverse supplier base in China and India and managing global
regions, particularly South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and
Europe.
·
Proven leadership
experience in managing and developing procurement teams.
·
Strong
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent
in English and Mandarin
